Office Of The Executive Mayor

FUNCTIONS:

• To Identify, evaluate and priorities needs of the municipality and make recommendations to Council.

• To Develop key performance areas against which progress to be measured and evaluated.

• To Ensure implementation of policies and By-Laws.

• To Provide general political guidance over the fiscal and financial affairs (budget) of the municipality.

• And to Oversee the provisions of services to the community.
