PUBLIC NOTICETHE GREEN ECONOMY AND MANUFACTURING SECTORS MUNICIPAL DATABASECALL FOR REGISTRATION OF ALL SMALL, MEDIUM AND MICRO ENTERPRISES

 

Notice is hereby given i n terms o f Section 16 (1) (v) and Section (1) (a) (b) (d) of the LocalGovernment: Municipal System Act 3 2 of 2000, that Emakhazeni Local Municipality would liketo create a database for all SMMEs in the Green Economy and Manufacturing sectors foundwithin Emakhazeni Local Municipality.

 

The Emakhazeni Municipality Local Economic Development Department i s embarking on adrive to register all Small, Medium and Micro enterprises (SMMEs) i n the Green Economy andManufacturing sectors o n the Emakhazeni Municipality database. The objective of theregistration is to assist i n the development of local entrepreneurs.

 

Entrepreneurs are invited to submit the following documents t o register:Database application form

 

• CIPC Document

• Identity Document of the directors

• Business Profile

• SARS Registration

Completed application forms together with supporting documents may be returned by

email to: Environment@emakhazeni.gov.za by no later than 16:00 on 1 2 MAY 2026. Late applicationswill not be considered.
