FUNCTIONS:

To Identify, evaluate and priorities needs of the municipality and make recommendations to Council.

To Develop key performance areas against which progress to be measured and evaluated.

To Ensure implementation of policies and By-Laws.

To Provide general political guidance over the fiscal and financial affairs (budget) of the municipality.

And to Oversee the provisions of services to the community.
